Homeless American Man Opens Up

On August 15 I visited Minneapolis’s largest tent city ever. There I met Earl, one of the founding residents, who opened right up to me about his life on the streets, his reasons for being here, and his hope for escape.

I admired Earl, because given his tough childhood and other circumstances, he said his biggest barrier to a better life was himself. Such honesty from others I interview will help me in my pursuit in creating a short documentary about homelessness.

I hope to have it ready later this year.
